All products are made to order. Production begins after payment has been received and confirmed.

• Production time: 2–7 business days.
• During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

• Poland: 2–7 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
